Do The DoDoo Dudes clean the entire yard?

Yes — we clean front yards, back yards, side yards, flower beds, dog runs, gravel areas, and paved patios anywhere dog waste may accumulate. We only clean outdoor spaces (not the inside of homes).

Do you provide service year-round, even in bad weather?

We scoop in rain, shine, cold, and everything in between. If unsafe weather temporarily delays a visit, we reschedule promptly and double-check your yard on the next available day — you're never billed for a visit we didn't complete.

How do you ensure my dogs stay safe?

Safety is non-negotiable for us: all equipment and footwear are sanitized with kennel-grade disinfectant between every yard; we take and email a closed-gate photo after every visit; and every employee is background-checked and trained in safe pet handling.

How much does pet waste removal actually cost?

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Can you clean while my dog is in the yard?

We love dogs! Friendly dogs are always welcome outside during service. If your dog has ever shown aggression toward strangers, we just ask that you keep them indoors during our visit so everyone stays safe.

What happens to the waste after it's picked up?

Dog waste is considered hazardous material and needs responsible handling. Depending on local municipal rules, we either double-bag and place the waste neatly in your trash receptacle or haul it away with a licensed disposal partner. One-time cleanups are always bagged on-site.

What if my service day falls on a holiday?

If your normal scoop day falls on a major holiday, we either adjust to an adjacent weekday or perform a double-sweep on the next regular visit so two weeks of accumulation is fully cleared.

How does billing work?

Recurring subscriptions are billed automatically on the 1st of each month with emailed receipts. Initial and one-time cleanups are billed the day before service. Payments are managed securely through your customer portal — no cash or checks required.
